Our Offerings

YELLOW BELT TRAINING

A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an entry-level certification in the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
It is designed for individuals who want to develop a basic understanding of process improvement concepts and tools but do not necessarily lead projects or teams.
Yellow Belts typically participate as team members in Lean Six Sigma projects and support Green and Black Belts with data collection, analysis, and implementation of improvements

GREEN BELT TRAINING

A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional certification that demonstrates proficiency in using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes, reduce defects, and drive operational efficiency.
Green Belts typically lead smaller, less complex projects or support Black Belts on larger projects. They have a deeper understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles compared to Yellow Belts, and they are trained to apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve problems and improve processes.

BLACK BELT TRAINING

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who has advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
The Black Belt certification typically signifies that an individual is highly skilled in managing complex projects aimed at process improvement, efficiency, and reducing waste within an organization.
This role typically involves leadership and mentoring responsibilities for smaller teams, guiding Green Belts, and managing large-scale process improvement initiatives.
