XLRI alumni, (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified), Dheeraj has over 20 years of experience in all phases of sourcing life cycle- opportunity identification, business case development, project management, operations management and consulting to optimize & transform business processes.

He has worked for global IT and BPM organizations –Accenture, MB Holding, Infosys, Satyam, TechM, Wipro, GE, Agilent Technologies in USA, UK, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Muscat and India for their global clients across Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Beverage, Retail, Consumer Goods, Automobile and others.

He has consulted many clients to setup their operating models and as well as to accomplish their transformational journey. Few key projects are—

  • Setup Global Shared Service Center for Middle East conglomerate in India for their F&A, HR, Payroll, Recruitment and other business processes.
  • Provided strategic consulting to UN entity for their Global Shared Service Center’s Capacity and Volumetric Analysis
  • Consulted UK based pharmaceutical company on overall mechanism to setup and operationalize their European packaging virtual shared delivery model.
  • Led process standardization, reengineering and implementation project for Singapore national regulatory authority under “Ease of doing business”
  • Consulted and implemented various business process tools and integration with ERP.
  • Worked under various outsourcing models including BOT, Captive, SSC, Third Party and Joint Venture for process definition, standardization and optimization.

He is an avid reader, poet and author. His first book on poetry “Kuch Mukhatlif Guftgu” has published by notion press and appreciated by the readers for its authentic and honest poetry on contemporary times. He is also antique artifacts collector.
