The proposed recommendation were presented in Parliament of Singapore and got approval for implementation

The client was managing their packaging process from multiple locations due to the local level compliances. This operating model was causing people dependence of very critical packaging process. Consulted the client on overall mechanism to setup and operationalize the virtual shared delivery model. A virtual shared delivery model for packaging division in Europe finally setup to eliminate the dependency of country specific resource for design as per the local level compliance
Capacity and Volumetric Analysis for UN entity SSC in Malaysia
The client was looking forward to expand its Global Service Center (GSC) in Malaysia by adding three other regions and wanted us to study its current capacity in delivering services with current staffing levels and to assess the future staffing requirements to meet additional transaction volumes from additional three regions. A study on future expected efficiency of 25% on account of continued improvement was also done to assess net additional resources requirement

The organization had regional offices across the globe (10+ countries, 100+ entities) with each having different way of executing processes. The client was facing multiple issues on account of fragmented, non-standard and manual processes. The objective is to setup the Global Shared Service center (GSS) along with long term plan to move into third party business.
